Kellogg Corp. is looking for an Associate Brand Manager at its corporate headquarters in Battle Creek, MI.

The ABM has direct responsibility to execute projects and activities in a timely fashion and, as such, must manage/guide internal resources such as Marketing Services, Marketing Research, Promotions, Finance, Research and Development, Logistics, and Manufacturing to accomplish these. Independently, or with Brand Manager, the ABM will be responsible to develop, coordinate, and implement the annual marketing strategy and plans for each assigned business, including volume, consumption, and profit goals. In addition they will be responsible for continually assessing progress toward these goals. Day to Day responsibilities include: 1. Managing the execution of the marketing plan for assigned products to ensure the efficient and effective use of the marketing budget, leveraging and partnering with cross functional team members in the process. 2. Business Analysis: Monitoring and analyzing monthly product performance results, and developing and recommending appropriate action plan. 3. Managing the marketing budget for all assigned products.

This position strongly prefers an MBA in marketing, as well as a minimum of 1-2 years of CPG brand management / branded product marketing related experience.
